They are BLACK in color and made of heavy Metal They can be used with taper candles and comes with 2 clear glass votive cups. They measure 15 " in height . They would look nice with a small chimney with a smaller candle. They are in good condition but has been used. I received it at a ESTATE AUCTION in a box with some other Home Interiors pieces.
